We’re delighted to offer nationwide delivery on all our homeware items. Since every piece is pre-loved and unique, we take extra care to ensure it arrives safely.

How We Ship

  • Courier Service: We use reliable New Zealand courier services (e.g., NZ Post, Aramex, or specialist furniture movers for larger items) to deliver to any address in Aotearoa.
  • Packaging: All fragile items are meticulously and securely wrapped to handle the journey. We use strong, appropriate packaging to protect your purchase.
  • Dispatch Time: We aim to process, package, and dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. You will receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and fragility of the item, as well as your delivery address.

  • Note: If you are purchasing a large or bulky furniture item, we may contact you after purchase to confirm specialised shipping quotes, especially for rural or remote locations.
  • Local Pick-up: You are welcome to collect your order for free from our store on George Street, Palmerston North during our regular opening hours. Just select the “Local Pick-up” option at checkout.

Our Returns Policy

Since our items are one-of-a-kind and second-hand, our policy is different from buying new.

1. Damages During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, we will do our best to find a resolution.

What to do:

Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) via email.

  1. Include your order number.
  2. Take clear photographs of both the damage to the item and the damage to the packaging before you open it fully.
  3. Once we verify the damage, we will arrange either a full refund or a store credit, including the original shipping cost.

2. Change of Mind

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, but because every piece is unique, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Before purchasing, please read the item description thoroughly, check all the photos, and pay close attention to the listed dimensions and condition notes. We are always happy to provide additional photos or answer questions before you buy!

3. Faulty or Misrepresented Item (Consumer Guarantees Act)

We are committed to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If an item is significantly different from the description on our website or has a fault that was not disclosed, please contact us immediately so we can discuss a remedy.
